2. What data we collect and process
2.1 Contract data
We collect, process and store the data you provide when you enter into a business relationship. We store and process data about the order and payment history. In doing so, we rely on the legal basis for the fulfillment of the contract, Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
2.2 Customer Correspondence
We process the data that arise when you contact us, for example, by e-mail, fax or post. We do not use a contact form. In doing so, we rely on the legal basis for the fulfillment of the contract, Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
We will only pass on the data we have received from you to third parties if you have given your express consent or if we are obliged to do so by law or as a result of a court decision.
2.3 Cookies, pixels and other methods
Cookies are small identifiers that a server stores on the device you use to access websites or other services. They contain information that can be called up when accessing services and thus enable more efficient and better use of offers.
Pixels are small graphics on websites that enable log file recording and log file analysis, which are often used for statistical evaluations.
Tag is an umbrella term for code sections that can be used integrated on websites for various functions, such as simple counts ("tracking pixels") or complex data transmissions (e.g. "conversion tag").
A script (also JavaScript) is analogous to a programming language capable of executing more complex instructions.
We use the term "cookies" as a common umbrella term, which also includes tags, pixels and scripts as an alternative technical implementation.
Necessary cookies
If we use cookies, they are technically required cookies (session cookies, permanent cookie), which enable navigation on our website. Basic functions, such as login for website administration, are not possible without them, but they are not intended for normal website visitors. We do not have a customer login area. We rely on Section 25 (2) No. 2 TTDSG.
Session cookies are small pieces of information that a provider stores in the memory of the visitor's computer. A randomly generated unique identification number, a so-called session ID, is stored in a session cookie. In particular, the session ID is not based on the IP address or other traceable data. A cookie also contains information about its origin and the storage period. These cookies cannot store any other data. Session cookies expire after the session and are automatically deleted when the browser window is closed.
It is common for the first visit to a website to also set a permanent cookie that stores that the cookie banner (note on the use of cookies) has already been displayed so that this message does not appear again. This cookie also contains no personal data and is valid for one month, after which it is automatically deleted.
The use of technical and functional cookies is possible without consent. This means that no cookie consent banner appears on our website, as no data is collected and no consent is required.
Popular browsers offer the preference option of not allowing cookies.
3. The website operator takes your privacy very seriously
The website operator takes your privacy very seriously and will treat your personal information confidentially and in accordance with the law. As changes to this Privacy Policy may be made through new technologies and the continued evolution of this Site, we encourage you to review the Privacy Policy periodically.
4. Rights of the user
As a user, you have the right to receive, at your request, free information about which personal data has been stored about you. You also have the right to correct incorrect data and to restrict or delete your personal data. If applicable, you can also claim your right to data portability. If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you can file a complaint with the appropriate regulatory agency.
5. Deletion of data
If your request does not conflict with a legal obligation to store data (eg data retention), you have the right to delete your data. Data stored by us, if they are no longer necessary for their purpose and there are no legal retention periods, will be deleted. If deletion can not be carried out because the data is required for legitimate legal purposes, data processing is restricted. In this case, the data is locked and not processed for other purposes.
6. Right of objection
Users of this website may exercise their right of objection and object to the processing of their personal data at any time. If you would like a correction, blocking, deletion or information about the personal data stored about you, or if you have questions regarding the collection, processing or use of your personal data or if you would like to revoke your consent, please contact the following e-mail address:
